X251 Marketing Solutions provides full-funnel lead lifecycle management services including Meta and Google ad management, CRM pipeline setup, lead nurture automation, and revenue attribution for service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in individual service agreements.
Clients agree to:
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
All creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, and strategy documents created by X251 for a client remain the property of the client upon full payment. X251 retains the right to reference client work in case studies and portfolio materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes ad spend data, conversion rates, business strategies, and customer information.
While X251 commits to implementing best practices and a structured full-funnel system, we cannot guarantee specific results such as number of leads, conversion rates, or revenue. Digital advertising performance depends on many variables including market conditions, ad spend levels, and product-market fit.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients receive all assets created during the engagement. Any outstanding fees become immediately due.
X251's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
